Do NOT Deduct Cremation Costs!

Big News

A powerful nor'easter pounded the East with wind and pouring rain Sunday, grounding airlines and threatening to create some of the worst coastal flooding in 14 years. Now that's scary. You could wake up with your PJs full of jellyfish.

- Hey, we could win this thing after all.
- Then Dubya retires to his Texas library, somewhere in Pakistan Osama swallows his own beard, and just maybe Sanjaya's off "American Idol."

And get this straight. You may NOT deduct your funeral, burial, or cremation costs as medical expenses!
- This is important, so if you died before midnight December 31st, please read the section entitled "Death of Tax Payer" very carefully.
